Over a year ago, I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rumatica. My regular doctor sent me to a rheumatologist for further treatment. The medication of record was Prednisone which has serious and long-reaching side effects and which I knew I did not want to take for the rest of my life. However, I began to take it immediately. After one and one-half years of continued medication, even though the dosage was reduced gradually, I became very concerned and even depressed about my painful condition. I had difficulty sleeping and my activities were limited due to the continuous pain surrounding movement.
A dear friend recommended Chris Kaufmann. At that point I was desperate for some relief and hopeful for a return to a healthy and active lifestyle. Chris quickly summarized my condition—not just the WHAT but also more importantly, the WHY! His treatment was aggressive and caused me to become very hopeful that my health would improve and I could resume many of my beloved activities. After a week of daily treatments, I began to have a sense of overall well-being. Now, one month later, my condition is significantly improved.
