The following is a brief history.

In the 1980s I started working on a new software program/technology (Synchronicity Engine

technology) based on Dr. Carl Jung’s work on Synchronicity. In 1989 I completed this project

and refined and extended it to several applications.

Approximately two years later I went to a Conscious Life Expo in Los Angeles. There I met

Ms. Sandra Michael. I invited her and her husband to come over to my house and view the

Synchronicity Engine system.

Several months later they came by. Upon viewing the software Ms. Michael commented that

she had never touched a computer before. She was impressed with the software and seeing the

linguistics I had crafted asked if her sayings could be crafted into a Linguistic. I replied that

that would be possible.

We decided to create a new version of the Linguistics to run on the Synchronicity Engine and

market it splitting the sales on a 50/50 basis. Our initial attempts to market it were unsuccessful

but over the next few years we came up with a new marketing strategy

In 1992, I met with Ms. Michael and my attorney Ms. DeHaan. Ms. Michael and I agreed the

Synchronicity Engine technology was mine, the Linguistics were co-developed by us (See the

Cease and Desist letter dated April 7, 2004).

On August 19, 2001 I I issued a non-exclusive license to Ms. Sandra Michael (dba Body of

Light) to market the existing DOS version of the Synchronicity Engine 7 software. The contract

specifically stated that the Technology was mine and the Linguistics were Ms. Michael’s. (See

contract dated August 19, 2001)

Ms. Michael then met Shawn Jadun (aka Bambi) and created the MetaMatrix International

Trust with Mr. Jadun as a trustee and Mr. Terry Ingram as the Trust Protector. She claimed to

them that she alone owned the technology and then permanently assigned the it and her other

intellectual property to the Trust. I contacted Mr. Jadun and Mr. Ingram and informed them

that I was the owner of the technology and they reviewed the contract between Ms Michael and

myself. They concluded that I was in fact the owner of the Synchronicity Engine technology.

I also found out that Ms. Michael had been claiming that the technology had medical curative

effects, in direct violation of FDA rules. I then on 9/2/2002 issued the letter rescinding the

license agreement now with the MetaMatrix International Trust. I started re-negotiating a new

license agreement with the Trust that including new restrictions on any medical claims.

Shortly there after the Ms. Michael and Mr. Jadun had a falling out and the Trust dissolved and

the Trust’s credit card that was paying the license fees, was canceled by Ms. Michael. This was

the last license payment Ms. Michael or the Trust made of the Synchronicity Engine license

fees.

Several years later I completed the new Windows version of the Synchronicity Engine. I

subsequently contacted Ms. Michael’s new office to offer the new software to license. I then

found out she had been using my DOS Synchronicity Engine software without a license or

paying license fees.

In 2004, I contacted my attorney, Ms DeHaan, to draft a Cease and Desist letter.  This letter was ignored by her.

Ms. Michael has continued selling my Synchronicity Engine technology claiming it to be hers.

Ms. Michael has created Energy Enhancement Systems, LLC. They are currently referring to

the technology as the EEsystem.

On October 5, 2010 I received a letter, dated September 15, 2010, from Ms. Michael’s agent,

USD Editions Ltd, claiming it is their technology and threatening to publish a book on me if I

don’t cease working with my new distributor. (see USD Editions letter to me).

I have subsequently had my attorney draft a demand letter for past licensing fees.

I have now decided it is time to sue Ms. Michael for theft of my intellectual property, copyright

infringement and usurpation of my identity as author of my works as part of the fraudulent acts

Ms. Michael has committed.

The Synchronicity Engine Architecture

The Synchronicity Engine system is comprised of two parts:

The first part is the Synchronicity Engine. It is a dynamic content display generator based on

Synchronicity (Acausal Physics), Fractal Mathematics and Chaos Theory. It uses a computer

and a display to act as a transducer converting electrical energy into a ever changing flowing

pattern of Chi Energy. A transducer is a device that changes one form of energy into another

form, such as SONAR converts electricity into sound energy. (see the Synchronicity Engine

Technology document for more details). This is the fundamental essence of the Synchronicity

Engine technology.

The Synchronicity Engine, in software architectural terms, is the same as a program such as

Word or Excel. The Synchronicity Engine takes a Linguistic ( which is a document that

contains instructions on creating dynamically composed phrases ) and converts them into a

continuously changing flowing display. These flowing patterns are displayed on computer

displays which convert electricity/light into flowing Chi energy.

The second part is the Linguistics which, architecturally, are the equivalent of the words or

verbiage that are in each Word or Excel document. These Linguistics are used by the

Synchronicity Engine to provide the background text used on the computer screens. Different

Linguistics have been created each creating a different flowing text background. Ms. Michael

and I co-developed her Linguistic and Ms. Michael has the Intellectual Property rights to that

Linguistic and only that Linguistic.

Regarding Ms. Michael’s claims to have created a technology and to her Intellectual Property –

Ms. Michael has not created a Technology, Ms. Michael created an artistic work. The

Synchronicity Engine is a Technology, a Linguistic is Artistic work. The Synchronicity Engine

is my Intellectual Property. Ms. Michael’s Intellectual property is only her Linguistic. Ms.

Michael was issued only a non-exclusive license not ownership of the Synchronicity Engine

technology.

An analogous situation would be Microsoft’s Word. When Microsoft sells it’s Word software it

is actually selling a non-exclusive license to use a copy of the software. It is not selling rights to

the Word software. Documents created in Word are analogous to Linguistics created in the

Synchronicity Engine technology. Many documents can be created using the Word technology.

Creating a new document doesn’t create a new technology – similarly creating a new linguistic

doesn’t create a new technology.

Technology vs. Artistry. An example of technology vs artistry would be CD player vs the songs

it would play. The CD player is Technology. The songs played on the CD player are Artistry.

Playing songs on the CD player doesn’t create a new technology.

In summary – the Synchronicity Engine is Technology and Linguistics are Artistry.
